My experience with Five Star Collision Center was excellent. They are pleasant, wonderful people to work with. I am a car person, having been in the car business for many years, and wish that more people did business the way they do it. Five Star Collision under-promised and over-delivered, which was my motto in the car business.
I initially decided to use Five Star because the dealership that I go to uses them. When my car was rear-ended around Christmas time, I took it to them and they replaced the tailgate, camera, and bumper. After the work they did, my car looks beautiful. It is a rarity in the car business to have such a positive experience.
