I was introduced to The Blind Store many years ago when I used to do all of the corporate construction and remodeling for a local bank. They always met our needs, which is why we continued to use them, and eventually I started using their service for my own home as well as work in my friend's home. They are prompt and timely: If they guarantee that something will be ready at a certain time, it will be.
In terms of installation, The Blind Store pays attention to details and, if anything ever need needs to be corrected, they come back and repair it, no question. I cannot really think of any work they did for my home that needed to be fixed, and there were never any surprises, which I appreciated. The Blind Store also has a nice, broad selection of products, as well as expertise and experience as to what works in different environments.
