We had hired these guys for our complex. They were higher priced than the other guys. I talked to the Supervisor and he explained to me one day that they expect to get $45 per every man hour that is spent on our property. He explained that this covers all of the sales guys, managers, marketing, and owners bonus's. Someone had convinced him that this was reasonable. We ended up going with a medium sized company and when i interviewed the owner of the company (with some prodding) he said that his bid is based on $31. They get much more work done and the property looks better...for less
