My family and I have been using Sonata for about 3 years now, mainly for airport service. Customer service is a top priority for these guys and they really make an effort to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Most limo companies require at least 24 hour notice but the guys at Sonata have always been great at coming through even on the same day (there is always a dispatcher on the phone to take our service requests) . Also, they seem to have a good selection of cars and their prices are very reasonable.
