On January 30, 2010 our furnace broke and we called your company for assistance. Since that was one of the coldest days of the winter so far, we had no idea how long we would have to wait, but to our surprise your service man Scott appeared in about 2 hours. Scott advised us we needed a new furnace, which could be installed on Monday February 1st. \r
We agreed to the price and hired your firm to install a new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. Scott and Brian returned promptly on Monday and took great care to ensure that our carpets and the rest of our home remained clean of any debris while installing the appliances.\r
