Meadow Hills Grill has the best breakfast in town, although the menu is limited, every choice is a smash hit. I didn't even like Huevos Rancheros, until Jaime (the friendly cook) recommended them to me. I have been hooked ever since. \r

In the summer the patio is hard to bet with a great view of the golf course and the Rocky Mountains. The bartenders are super friendly and the cocktails are generous. All in All, a must see gem.
