I just called for the first time to try one of their sandwiches. Here's how the phone call went: a nice girl answered and was taking my order. I was put on hold 4 times in a 30 second increment. They're busy. I understand. It's lunch hour. Then a guy (I'm assuming the owner) answers the phone and says ""Whattya want?"" I repeat my order and ask to please leave one side plain, and one side with everything. He says ""Yeah well that's a pain to do, but whatever. Fine. Bye."" Are you serious?? So much for trying to impress a first time customer. I give this place an ""F"" for attitude. The delivery guy was nice, but the sandwich was just OK.
