I was contacted immediately about an inquiry I made on line. I was told there was a special on ALL the cars to make way for new vehicles and I was told wrong info about their warranties. When I arrived for that specific vehicle I made an appointment to see, they didn't know where the vehicle was. And the special did not apply for the one car I wanted to see. When I asked the salesman what he could do for me, he calculated what I would be paying for the car, when I did the math in FRONT of him, I pointed out that he was really doing nothing for me. He was just adding the price of tax and tags to the original full price, like I can't do math. Then another salesman came and tried to talk me into buying a new car. I thought my time was wasted, until I sat down to write this review. If this helps someone else, i feel there was some sense in this mess. I must say, I was so annoyed that I drove there on a day I was so busy. I couldn't even feel angry at the woman that gave me the wrong info on the phone. I think she was trained to mislead people, she was not ignorant at all. I think she was actually doing her job the way she has been trained to. Thank God I have a purposeful job. It must be aweful to do that for a living.
Pros: none I've noticed
Cons: unethical or ill informed- both a poor sign
