I would like to start this office by stating I am not the type of person to throw out all the negatives and forget about the positives. Last night my wife and I had dinner at Ruth Chris’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, CA. The food was great, the service was excellent but the atmosphere was horrible! When we showed up there were a large group of African Americans dressed like rap stars smoking cigarettes and using extremely foul language in front of restaurant. Inside was worse! I don’t know what RCS did but I remember when this restaurant opened, and it was a very classy place. Now with the amount of trashy clientele that habitats the restaurant WE will not be coming back. I can understand lowering prices to meet what the economy will bare, but to lower your standards of the clientele and dress code would make even Ruth Chris roll in her grave. I was embarrassed to bring my girlfriend and felt I should have bucked up and spent the extra $50.00 and had the same meal (but without the rap show) at Maestro’s, Grille on the Alley or even Woflgang’s. At least they hold to a standard that Ruth Chris’s lost when the economy fell.
Pros: GREAT FOOD EXCELLENT SERVICE
Cons: POOR CLIENTELE OFFENSIVE DRESS CODE
