What a waste. Talk about people ruining a good thing. Customers are OK but staff is a joke. Mr. Rida who manages the place doesn't know the first thing about cigars and couldn't care less. All he does is stare at a computer and talk on his cell phone in Muslim.\r

I heard he has gotten in numerous fights with customers. Can you believe that? How does he expect to grow sales pissing people off. Go to Binny's across the street. Very good selection and a very friendly cigar expert that really cares about his customers. I bough a box at Binny's and a week later the guy at Binny's called me to ask me how I was liking the Padrons. Where have you ever heard of that kind of service before?\r
