THE ORDER ARRIVED AFTER THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY. ORDER WAS DELIVERED WITH NO DRINKS OR CHIPS. NINE OF THE TEN ORDERS EFFECTED. DELIVERY GUY SAID CALL THEM AND TELL THEM TO SEND THE REST. ONE GRINDER MISSING. AFTER CALLS TO CORRECT THE MISSING FOOD ITEMS MANAGEMENT GETS RUDE ON THE PHONE. WANTS TO CHARGE AGAIN FOR MISSING ORDER. THEY HAVE ALREADY COLLECTED MONEY WHEN THEY CAME FIRST TIME. WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND HER STAFF OR FOOD TO MAKE IT CORRECT. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT. IN TODAYS ECONOMY BUSINESS' NEED TO STAND OUT AMONG THE COMPETITION. UNFORTUNETLY PAYNES WILL STAND OUT IN OUR COMMUNITY AS A REAL PAIN TO ORDER FROM, AND A REAL PAIN OF A MANAGER.
