There is an older man that works in this store that has to be one of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered! Your best bet is to NEVER go to this store to encounter his rudeness. When this business goes out of business he will be the cause of it! It's unfortunate that the owner of the shop trust him but then he could be an owner which is even worse. My advice to anyone looking for good customer service and product selection is go to another beauty supply store, there are several in the San Fernando Valley. If you like to be followed around the store, told what you should buy and have this man get upset with you because you may not be sure of the product you want to purchase & have the aduacity tell you that you are neurotic then I would say this is the store for you. The only neurotic issue I had at this store was this man. But if you are like me and would like to browse the store at your leisure and make your own decisions then this is DEFINITELY NOT the store for you. You will note that I have referred to this clerk as a man not a ""gentleman"". In my eyes the word ""gentlman"" does not apply to him. He definitely needs to work on his people skills and customer service. I have encountered this man twice while shopping in this store and had the same form of customer service from him. As the phrase goes ""Fooled once shame on you, fooled twice shame on me!!!"" The one ""star rating"" is not how I rate this store, it would be a ""No Star"" rating, or a negative 25 stars!!! but it does not allow me to leave the ""star rating"" field blank nor does it allow you to give a ""negative star"" rating. THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
