It has been almost a year since this contractor installed our vinyl fence. The caps on the gate posts are missing and the gate bows with a strong wind and the lock then fails. Part of the hardware is missing.
We have called numerous times for the contractor to complete these minor issues, but he says he'll come and then never shows up. It has been very frustrating. In addition, I'm worry that the gate will open when my dogs are outside on a windy day.
Pros: The fence looks good from the road.
Cons: The caps are missing as well as the gate hardware.
