Being that I am a chef living in Denver, I feel like I can be a good judge of a restaurant. My wife and I stopped in to Sullivan's a couple years ago and it was ok, but when we stopped in a couple weeks ago I must admit I was blown away. The food was fantastic and the service was really unbeatable. Apparently they have a new chef who has only been there for a couple months and I must admit I was thoroughly impressed by him. He even came out to introduce himself and talk with my wife and I. They really know what they are doing here. So happy we gave Sulivan's another shot. I have a feeling we will become regulars here.
