quincy utilities created damages/loss in august.i discovered blunder in november after visiting my home. i am now not getting a response from andy gay,city commissioner or jack mclean,city manager.i have called, which is being ignored, faxed paperwork which was asked of me and after three months no settlement.this action was caused by ann sherman,customer service , not doing her job as required.maybe, in fact all three may need to be replaced because quincy deserve the best voted in office can give, not continue to hide from problems. take it out of petty cash , i am a resident of quincy , pay taxes and deserve to be treated with dignity nnot stressed .
