I was sent to them through Lowe's on 01-26 because my washer liner was broken. A technician came out and inspected the machine and told me what I already knew, then did not have the part. I received a call 16 days later and a message was left at my house to call and schedule an appointment for Friday 01-12. I called on 01-10 and left a message to call me back to schedule an appointment, and they never returned my call. I then called back on 01-11 and initially was told my part was not in and after a 20 min. wait was told it was and that they would call on Friday from 7:30-9 a.m. to schedule the appointment for Friday.
Cons: Where do I start?????
