First time around they used impact tools on aluminum sockets after i told them not to. They stripped them, but replaced them. The real bad event was when I was switching my tires around for the colder weather. While removing them, they removed some finish of the lip. They first tried to blame it on me, then on cheap finish...... (they are Advan wheels, the most expensive wheels you can get) they said it was from the pressure of the air coming out of the tire. That is retarded it was obviously from there retarded employs rushing taking off the tires. I would not let them touch my car.
