I have my car financed through this company.. had I known a little about the company before I got my contract through them.. I would have opted for somewhere else..
I was late on my payment (granted, it shouldn't have been late.. but life happens) and they called my work. Randy from American Finance told the receptionist at my Job he was my Cousin and it was Urgent.. The call was quickly transfered and Randy began to ask about my Payment.
When I confronted him about his lie, he said this never happened.. The genius didn't listen to the prompt which says calls are recorded when calling into my work.. He did falsify his identity, it was recorded.
When I asked to be transfered to his supervisor BECAUSE HE COMMITTED A FEDERAL CRIME!! Nelly, his supervisor, kept saying I'm in default with my contract.. wouldn't even listen to the position her employee just but the corporation in.
AWFUL FINANCE COMPANY!
