At first look, this place looks well run and like they know what they are doing. However, they do not provide good customer service and forget about follow-up. If they get around to that at all, it is a lot slower than they promise. This is a place that clearly caters to larger accounts and forgets about the little guy. Take your service elsewhere unless you know them personally. You're better off going to a different shop to service your equipment.
