This studio was recommended to me from one of their members recently. I've heard such great things about Pilates Mill Creek, so I'd thought I'll see what all the buzz was about. I went online and scheduled one of their free Pilates classes and met with my instructor Josh. Josh was great. He gave me a full body workout, really putting extra attention to my abs - after about 45 minutes, my entire body was shaking! (very humbling). It felt like I used muscles that I didn't even know I had!
Pros: Very high class studio, very professional.
