I recently just got a quote from Millers by describing the portions of my sectional that needed cleaning. I received a quote for 176.00 for a three piece in the center, a two piece on the side and a chaise on the other side. She told me that they could come over the very next day. After 30 minutes after my appointment time, no one was here nor had anyone called. I called their office and she told me they were at another house and would be at my home in 15-20 minutes. They did not arrive until 1 hour and 40 minutes later. They walked in the house and started measuring and told me that it would be 370 bucks. Then he told me he would give me a special deal and take one dollar off for each foot. Taking the price down by $17. I told them that I had already been quoted a price and they absolutely didn't care, and didn't care that they were almost 2 hours late. Bad business. No wonder their secretary said that there aren't busy!
