Yep, it's possible. The pulled pork was overly salty, the burnt end beans were overly sweet and the brisket was bland. They're not traditional barbeque - they don't have to be in order to be good. This place left me scratching my head - they have all the makings of a great spot. It's modern, clean and has quick friendly service. They are a bit cramped but really good food brings people in no matter what. I also felt the prices were much too high. The 1/2 and 1/2 (which allows you to select 2 of their barbeque meat options) was $21 - OUCH. I was excited to hear that this was owned an operated by a former Top Chef contestant. I love that show - but not this restaurant.
