Dee Mathis always makes sure she gets to know each student's health before she begins her class. This is great because she really does care about each individual student. When I am struggeling with a certain position, Dee knows exactly why I am struggeling and makes suggestions to really help me. Yoga and meditation have completely changed my life to help me release the stress I do not need and focus on the positive relationships I do need in my life. Thanks Dee!
