I?m the owner of Bayshore Exterminators I been in this business since 1974. With out our customers we can not exist. So we do our best to keep them happy. First of all Nick did not scare the tenants to death. There was a very serious rodent problem. Nick set the traps on Saturday morning and went back the same day and he had already caught some mice. To me that?s customer service. We charge the lady $200.00 for 4 visits, that?s only $50.00 per visit. Nick didn?t even charge a 2nd visit that day. So the lady had 3 more visits. The problem started out with the tenants not paying the rent because there was so much wrong with the house. So now we are caught up in this mess between them. To make a long story short. We were out there 6 time only charge for 4. Yes we did have truck trouble 1 time. We charge her $300.00 to do some rodent proofing on the property and cleaning up rodent droppings inside the house. It is true we did not finish all the proofing. We were not allowed on the property to finish the job. Myself and Nick went out on a Saturday and were told by the tenants we could not enter the property. I offered the owner $150.00 back or let us finish the proofing which would of taken only 1 hour, but she refused she wanted the $500.00 back. I though that the $150.00 was more that fair considering that most of the work was completed and we caught a lot of mice already. I do not have to post any fake reviews here. I have too many customers that are happy with us. We ask our customers to post reviews for us. Pros: We try to please ever one Cons: But you know some people you can not please more
