I went to Charlie's for the first time today and the last time. The burger was burned. I asked for onion rings instead of frenchfries but the order came up with burned frenchfries. The girl was sweet but inexperienced. She took the basket back and at least ten minutes later had the onion rings ready. She handed me a basket of onion rings. When I told her I hadn't gotten my hamburger, she looked around for my original basket and handed it to me with the cold soggy fries still in the basket. Needless to say the hamburger was also cooled off and as I said, burned. When this young lady called out a retrieval number she would also say ""cheeseburger with cheddar"" for instance. Several people would go up to the counter only having heard the description and she would let them take the order without finding out what number they had. This obviously left someone else without their order. The guy making the burgers was getting on her case but no one was helping her to get it right. I should have asked for my money back and left but I was so hungry by the time the food came that I went ahead and ate it. Dumb move! It sat like a lead balloon in my stomach all day.
Cons: Burned, stale food.
