Of the banks I've used, Regions is definitely my favorite. I use the Ballwin branch the most. All the staff has been so great, especially Matt and Will and Angie. The main thing that has set Regions apart for me is their customer service. Any time I've had a problem with my account, they have been so quick to help me resolve it. Just recently I incurred my first ever overdraft, and Regions didn't charge me a fee. They've also been helpful suggesting the best savings and checking accounts so that I can build interest and avoid maintenance fees. My husband's bank charges him those fees, and his checks and deposit slips are pricey. I finally convinced him that it is worth the minor hassle to switch to Regions. We just opened his new account recently!
Pros: Customer service, free checking, easy to resolve issues
Cons: Haven't run in to any!
