I have had my nails done at a few different local salons in the past, but Michelle at Shear Genius is the best around. My nails are always filed to the right length, the color lasts for weeks, not days. I have acrylics over my natural nails and she shapes them perfectly, they never look like press on nails or fake in any way.
Pros: Great Service, Friendly, Flexable, Reasonable, High Quality
Cons: For me, only con is that I live on the other side of town!
