I have spent over $6000 with Jensen's, but to date and after several visits, only Ray or Jeff say hello when they see me. I have referred several people who have made their purchase there; and if one of the two above guys aren't there, the service leaves them wanting. Even when it's slow, most of the staff acts put out as if they are too busy to help out. And like others have said, the language is not ""Family Friendly."" The young kid behind the gun case if probably the worst, watch out for him. He is cocky, intolerant, and is really good at making you feel stupid if you if you are new to the gun world! Again, talk to Ray if buying a gun or Jeff if buying a knife. Bob the owner can tend to rub you wrong if you don't where he is coming from but I like him because he is to the point and gives a fair price for trade or sale. Overall the selection is fantastic, the prices are good, but the service leaves you wanting. Again if Ray or Jeff aren't available, wait until they are, or do your shopping elsewhere.
