Had a terrible experience with this store. Purchased a leather recliner for $1,200.00....The chair was delivered and it was crooked. Pointed it out to the delivery person....told me I had to call the store. Called the store and they eventually sent out a repair person. They couldn't do anything so they arranged for a pick-up for the chair so they could repair it. They delivered it again a few weeks later (and many phone calls). The chair was still crooked! Started the process over again....same thing. Third time.....same result. I refused to accept the chair the third time. The owner called and asked that one of us come to the warehouse to speak with him. Got there, he told us to to get lost....he wasn't fixing it....they don't do business with that manufacturer anymore. So if you want to waste your money.....pay for merchandise that is defective.....and deal with extremely rude owners who tell you to drop dead....please shop here! If not.....take a trip to the other ""brothers"" furniture store....They know how to service their clients and will meet the price of any other furniture store. They stand by their products unlike Capaccio Bros.
Cons: Won't stand behind the products they sell
