Installer broke a piece of window trim and called it a 'crack'...put painter's tape over it and said to let it dry for 2 days. Window was installed at my house and he did not tell me about it until after he was completed with job. Owner of business made me pay for replacement trim piece and paint. I should have be informed by installer that he was having difficulty getting trim off window so I knew about it up front.
