Called about a kohler tub drain. Needed a 2"" not the typical 1 1/2"". Guy on the phone said, oh yeah bring in the old one and we will match it up. My wife made the 10 mile drive from the valley and they said, ""we have nothing like it"". I was very explicit as to my description on the phone with the salesman, as I have experience in plumbing and know exactly what I needed. Will not go back and NOT recommend to friends.
