I USED TO COOK HERE FOR 11 MONTHS AND IVE NEVER HAD TO IMPROVISE IN SO MANY WAYS AND IGNORE ALOT OF HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS.WHEN THE MANAGER(WHO HIRED ME) WAS HERE EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER.BUT WHEN HE QUIT THE OWNERS, JEAN, WARREN, & THEIR KID ROSS DECIDED TO RUN THIS BAR THEY STARTED CUTTING BACK IN MANY WAYS THAT AFFECTED THE QUALITY AND SERVICE OF THE FOOD JUST TO SAVE NICKELS, EXAMPLE, THEY RE-USED THEIR CLEANING TOWELS FROM THE BAR AND RESTROOM-CHALKBOARD, FOR ME TO USE ON THE COOKING LINE I GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT OVER ME NOT WIILING TO RE-USE THE DIRTY TOWELS WHILE IM COOKING, AND THEY SUSPENDED ME FOR A DAY OVER ME HAVING A NASTY ATTITUDE (THAT WAS THEIR EXUSE)AND THEY KEPT THE CLEAN TOWELS IN THE OFFICE. THEN AFTER EVERY TIME THEY PAID THEIR HEALTH DEPARTMENT MONTHLY BILL, THEY WOULD CLEAN THE KITCHEN,JUST TO PASS INSPECTION BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT THE HEALTH REGULATORS WOULD COME IN THAT SAME WEEK. THEIR IS ALSO A FAMILY OF SMALL RATS THAT ARE ALWAYS OUTSIDE IN THE BACK DUE TO A DIRTY STORAGE AREA THAT HAS ALOT OF HIDDENS SPOTS FOR INFESTATION.THE FOOD IS PRETTY BAD THEY HAVE SOUP SPECIALS WHERE THEY WILL SELL 1-2 A DAY AND RE-HEAT THE REST UNTILL ITS ALL GONE.AND IT WAS ALOT OF SOUP .IT WOULD USUALLY LAST ABOUT WEEK AND A HALF FOR THE SOUP TO BE GONE AND THEIR OTHER DAILY SPECIALS ARE A BUNCH OF OLD FOOD THAT IS ABOUT TO GO BAD BECAUSE THEY CANT SELL MUCH. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT IS FOR YOU TO TAKE THE RISK.
