Why do job agencies like The Skill Bureau put people through the ringer before they even talk about jobs? I completed tests (Microsoft Word and typing speed/accuracy) prior to my appointment, completed approximately 8 pages of application material, and was subjected to a lengthy interview before I was informed about the position I originally applied for.
