I've been a customer at Couch for at least 8 years now. In that time, they have always treated me (as far as I can tell) more than fairly. The multi-bay facility is well-equipped and maintained, but the place has the feel and friendliness of a shade-tree mechanic -- mainly because of Skip Couch, the owner. I feel that they will not spend any more of my money than they have to, and they frequently cut me breaks here and there. In other words: good customer service, including regular pick up and drop-off at home. Don't get me wrong: I've given them a lot of business, so I expect some of that. But they have always gone a bit above and beyond what they have to. Recently, they gave me a free tow -- and once they even gave me a ride back home from a rival auto shop!
Pros: Incredible customer service; plus Skip Couch is a nice guy
