The receptionist made a mistake finding my coverage, which I had to call my insurance to correct. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales person, then the optometrist/opthamologist (not sure which) came out and with no introduction, took me in for an exam. He asked the standard questions but very little more and didn't offer much advice or information about my eye health unless I asked. Willing to answer questions, but not forthcoming with any info.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Cursory exam, pushy on the sales
