I was looking for a local mechanic that did good-quality work, and decided to use Eagle Transmission of Carrollton based on my research. I looked at the BBB reports and, when I called Eagle, they were knowledgeable, so I gave them a try.
The first problem I had with my vehicle was very strange and the mechanics at Eagle thought that it might be caused by a weak battery. They replaced the battery, which fixed the problem. The second issue had to do with a locking mechanism on the driver's-side door, which they also resolved. The people I worked with at Eagle were honest, upfront, qualified, and responsive.
