One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a gym.
I think the owner/manager may have some serious roid rage issues. I was incorrectly charged for keycards and when I asked for a refund, I was told to find another gym. Given our current economic conditions, I would think that every potential customer that walks in the door would be handled in a civil manner. I have made repeated efforts to contact corporate about this issue. After seven days I have had no response, not even a generic ""sorry for the problem"" . I would highly recommend anyone interested in this gym take the owners advice and
