Went in, got my taxes done, and paid $159... over the next week looked up irs.gov and they still had nothing, so I called back. At this point they told me they forgot to pay it, but I didn't pay them to file my taxes, I paid them to compile them, which is true, however it was implied they would... once I figured it out I spent four days trying to reach the owner or manager with no return calls! Very rude, unhelpful, and just a horrible experience! Will not be returning!
Pros: Taxes were... finally filed...
Cons: Forgot to file... owner never returned calls...
