I bought shoes for my son. In 2 weeks the sole broke. I tried to return them to the store since it was less than one month and shoes were defective, store manager said big ""NO"" on return..They did not apologize, just said ""NO"", no questions, no customer satisfaction, no sorry..she even did not want to listen, just ""NO"" and she walked away.. Pros: no Cons: store manager have no customer service skills more
