When I first started using this ""Spa"" around June 2008 it was a wonderful experience with great people and great customer service. For the past year or so everything has gone way down hill! Horrible customer service, mean and just plain rude people working the counter, along with the manager. They make promises to get you to sign a contract and then don't follow through with said promises. I should have known to READ THE CONTRACT!!! Equipment constantly malfunctioning and out of order for months at a time, and when asked to be compensated get told it's a ""privilege"" to use the equipment that your paying for.
