I have not order Domino's in 20 years. Their new ad campaigned peaked my interest. So I ordered a pizza for delivery. They called to tell me I was outside their delivery area. I was baffled since I live 10 minutes away. Either way, they said they would deliver. Since I ordered online, they showed me where my pizza was in the process. My order sat in their store for a good 30 minutes before it was sent out for delivery. My pizza arrive 1:10 hours after I ordered. Obviously, it was cold when it showed up. I complained on their website, and nobody respond as of yet.
Update: the manager called me an apologized for the poor service. He gave me a credit. He was really nice, so I will try them again.
