I went into salon and showed picture of what I wanted. The girl consulted with boss and said she can do it. I wanted cherry red thick CHUNKS with black underneath. I left the salon with pink fusion highlights! I was mortified. I looked like a punk skater that just stepped out of rehab. I had to fix my hair that evening because I looked so indicent. The girl who did my hair seemed very undecisive and shaky through the entire session. I had to spend money at Sally's in order to cover up the disaster that was given to me. I showed her the picture of what I wanted 3 times. When I called on Tuesday to complain about the service, the girl at the front desk was rude and said that my hair looked fine! I asked the manager to give me a call back and no response. I wasted almost 200 dollars on this place! I will be looking to get in touch with watchdog at the Hartford Courant! Horrible Service!
