Technicians were 3 hours late. I got a call from owner saying ""They were having truck problems"" When the technicians got here they told me that the oner had added on another job, thats why they were late. THE OWNER IS A LIAR, this isnt my first bad experience with this company. First time I used them the OWNER DAVID BEDFORD, quoted me $87.00 it ended up being over $200.00. He is a liar DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Pros: educated, polite, well mannered, great cleaning job
