Sashimi is not just cut raw fish. When you watch the preparations of a master, look carefully at how the fish is held and moved as though it were still swimming. Murata is far better than Nobu.
For sushi, rice is the beginning and few do it better. I consider Murata to be on par with Nozawa.
If you are poor, go to mcdonalds instead.
