This is a strange place. They are an authorized Rolex dealer and repair shop but one is not allowed to speak to the person doing the repairs. That would be fine if either of the two women working in the shop had any knowledge of various issues with, and models of Rolex; but they don't. If you want your watch repaired you have to bring it in, pay them before anything is done and then the watchmaker will correspond with you only through them. He picks up the watches only once per week according to them so more delay is inevitable.The repair time is slow to begin with and over-priced. I went to another dealer and met with nice, knowledgeable people, had the watch serviced faster than Chritiani could do it and at a significantly lower price. I also looked around at the watches they had in stock and you can find better selection and better prices many other places.
