I was dragged into taking a class, and wasn't very excited about it. To my surprise the class, led by Chef Jamie Watson, was incredibly good. I thought I was a decent cook before this, but I learned tons of new information. I immediately signed up for more sessions. While the hands on classes are expensive, you get to eat what you prepare, and the food is plentiful. I'm frugal, but I think the classes are definitely worth the price.
Pros: The teaching chef is extremely talented
