My wife and I have become regulars at the Jumbo Buffet. The food quality is surprisingly good for a buffet, and is some of the better chinese we have found in Knoxville.
The manager is a sweetheart and works very hard to make sure the quality of the food is high as well as the service. One of the most amazing dishes which is an occasional feature on the weeknight buffet is the potstickers/dumplings. They are a homemade wonder that rivals any dumplings I have ever had. Incredible recipe.
We hope the service and food quality stay as high as they are and we look forward to our stop at the buffet every week. If you are looking for some casual chinese, I don't think you will do better in Knox. Better quality than Mandarin House and all other buffets we have tried in the area.
Pros: Excellent buffet, oustanding manager, consistent quality.
Cons: Egg rolls and crab rangoons could be better.
