Not far off the Interstate you can find a husband/wife team that is truly putting their hearts into providing Alabama really good wines. This is not just your typical Southern muscadine laiden winery, but a vineyard that introduces you to some unusual wines; as Chambourcin (which maybe the best I've tasted anywhere), an Alabama Burgandy wine made from vineyard grown Cynthiana (Norton?) grapes, Villard, and a Southern Sparkling wine which is truly unique and ready for Deep South weddings, holiday fare, or just plain wide-eyed smiles. If traveling along the Interstate near Anniston, Alabama, take the time to find this small and delightful country setting vineyard.
