Dale was a nice guy, I did get impatient because of such a long wait time to get machine fixed. My investigation led me to the company which held my extended warranty. Finally when part came, machine had another issue. More parts needed or replacement. My only problem is that the home improvement store no longer sells my machine. Not Mr. Appliance's problem though, he tried. I would only suggest that he keep the customer a little better informed and call them back a little quicker, that would have saved a little frustration on my behalf.
