Billed for lack of service or expertise. Called and asked for an estimate, emergency crew sent instead, Water damaged hardwood floors and basement ceiling. Crew showed very little moister using their meters. Felt uncomfortable and asked them to leave. Had another company pull up wood and it was soaked and dripping. called after receiving $155.60 for nothing and asked for charges to be dropped. Refused and also refused second request from our claims adjuster that told us they send enough referrals to this place that they should be okay with his request, NOT. Lack of integrity is very obvious.
